In accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to protect the interests of suppliers and customers, we make the following warranty:

• All products are manufactured in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and API Spec 7-1, and petroleum and natural gas industry standards SY/T5164 and SY/T5-217.

• During the warranty period, there are no processing and material defects that lead to product failure.

• Whether used or unused, defective products can be returned. The defect of unused products must occur before use. The user needs to return the problematic product to the factory for inspection and acceptance. After the inspection, if it is determined to be a defective product, we will negotiate with the user for return and exchange. For used products, the user should provide the directional status, including the nozzle and salvaged debris. At the same time, all data is required, including drill bit working parameters, hydrological parameters, mud parameters, operation record cards, work formations, working time and working performance. In addition, technical parameters such as the working performance of the two adjacent products are also required.

For products that have been sold or used, as well as complex drilling conditions downhole, we cannot guarantee the absolute capability of the drill bit. We do not assume the following responsibilities:

• The selected model does not match the actual formation used, or is unreasonable

• Damage to the drill bit or drill bit parts caused by transportation and storage.

• Expiration of the shelf life

• Drill bits used twice

• Drill bit damage caused by serious deviation from the operating manual

• Drill bit damage caused by unauthorized changes to the drill bit structure or unqualified accessories

• Incorrect setting or use of the injection nozzle
